City-owned rental housing
If you wish to apply for a city-owned rental dwelling, please fill in an application form. You can obtain the form from the website of the City of Kauniainen or from the information point of the Kauniainen City Hall. The city website also provides instructions on how to apply for a rental dwelling.

If you are a student, you may be able to rent a flat through HOAS, the Foundation for Student Housing in the Helsinki Region.
